Our bodies are exquisitely complex, and yet the ways in which we can support them are surprisingly simple.
This 6-week online course is designed to de-mystify your menstrual cycle whilst at the same time highlighting its immense wisdom and power as a guiding force.
Over the six classes, wisdom from both Eastern and Western medicine is woven together, with simple yet powerful practices and lifestyle tweaks, to equip you with all you need to move towards hormonal balance and more easeful periods.
You will discover the hidden gems that your menstrual cycle holds for you (even if it is painful or full of uncomfortable symptoms) and learn how to tap into its wisdom to enhance all areas of your life and health.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR:
The course is designed to support those in the menstruating years, including those in Perimenopause (the 2-10 years before menopause), and what is shared will also support optimal health post-menopausally.
WHEN DOES THE COURSE BEGIN?
This is a pre-recorded course, so can be taken at any time during the year. However, it is designed to span a complete lunar cycle, so when you book, you will be guided as to when to commence the first class, within your chosen calendar month.
You will have access to each class for one week before receiving the next video. In this way, the course is paced with the lunar cycle. Additional resources will be emailed to you to accompany each class.

HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS:
The six classes vary in length, between 90 minutes and 2hr20, and can be viewed at your own pace. The classes are in-depth and rich with content, so I encourage you to pause and take breaks as needed while watching each class.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The program purposefully spans a full lunar cycle, and you will be invited to chart your own cycle throughout the six weeks to gain a deeper knowledge of the rhythm of your cycle. How to do this will be shared in class 1. If you are not currently having a menstrual cycle, you can chart with the lunar cycle.
Each class will begin and end with a short meditation, visualisation, or body-based practice. The main content portion of each class will be accompanied by slides, and nourishing self-care practices will be woven throughout the classes. Resources will also provided via email each week.
Everything shared in this course is easily accessible, with simple, actionable steps that you can do from the comfort of your own home.
